Acustrat Tax Accounting began with humble beginnings as a sole proprietorship on March 1, 2025, serving individuals and small businesses in Flagstaff, AZ with personalized tax solutions. As demand grew, we transitioned into Acustrat Management Company LLC, expanding our capabilities and reinforcing our commitment to compliance and operational excellence.
Today, we proudly operate as a division of Sheldon A Yazzie and Company (SAYco), a strategic advisory firm built on the principles of growth, integrity, and service excellence. These progressive steps toward incorporation reflect our dedication to delivering year-round tax planning, bookkeeping, and payroll solutions for clients across the southwest United States and Indian Country.

Sheldon A. Yazzie
Sheldon is a seasoned tax strategist and organizational consultant with expertise in compliance, payroll, and financial planning. His credentials include:
